“Lovely old hotel.”
“Perfect for what we needed. Great facilities too.”
“The room apart from the bathroom was fine, beds comfortable, pillows nice. Breakfast was good as the location.”
“Start to finish very professional service. Room spotless. Bed comfy. Tea sorted. Water provided. Room quiet. Good sleep. Breakfast good. Close to every sight and walks aplenty and cask ale pubs aplenty. Perfect 😃”
“Lovely couple of buildings in a great location opposite Victoria Square park. And also extremely close to Clifton Suspension bridge (an easy walk). Got the no. 8 bus from Bristol Temple Meads to right outside the hotel. The bus stop on the opposite side of the road takes you back down the hill to the city centre and back to the station. It only took me 20 minutes to walk into the centre from the hotel.
Although my room was tiny, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.”

Super nice staff!”
“Nice deco comfy bed spacious shower , staff super keen to help with any questions or make us feel comfortable and looked after thanks”
“The breakfast selection was very good, but the food was not very warm.”
“I really had lower expectations from this hotel but it's cool. Yes, it's old, but they tried to refresh it,they keep it clean and nice. Absolutely recommend”
