We had an amazing stay at Naura Roomstay. Luka our host was super friendly and helpful, gave us good tipps and recommendations for treks in the national park and restaurants to go to. The breakfast which was offered was just amazing, very good local food but also toast with jam, butter etc and fried eggs. The view from the terrace over the river and the jungle was very special and beautiful. Luka offered us the best service, as the roomstay is a little outside of Kuala Tahan, he drove us to the village and picked us up again. The room was clean and provided everything we needed.

I stayed in a family room. It's enough space for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). And recommend to use the roomservice, it's quite nice.

Conveniently located. Nearby shopping mall and restaurant. Buffet dinner at the inhouse restaurant. Staff was attentive and helpful.

1. Reception staff was lukewarm, not smiling and speak with monotone. I've stayed at locals and worldwide hotels but this hotel's front desk needs to improve on their 1st and last impression. 2. Leaking bathroom shower was not fix even after front desk was informed. 🤦 3.Fridge temp is hotter then then room AC. 🤦 4. The most dissapointing and upsetting was on the last day, Sunday, 12th May, which is my Birthday and Mother's day. I got a call from the front desk in the middle of my hp office related conversation. Staff informs there is a parcel for me. After receiving the 2 flower bouquet delivered to my room, whilein the bathroom, my daughter answered a call informing that they had delivered the flowers wrongly. What a shock and it made me wonder how the hotel got its 'very good', 8.5, rating. And even after items was pick up, there was no proper apology from hotel. Please look into this as I'm very dissapointed with my choice of hotel this time. It could have happen to other guest and what happen if the guest have check out. Are they charge for tge hotel staff negligence...

Room was quite smelly and it was quite rushing to check out at 11am but luckily management allowed us to check out at 11.15am.
