Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI have stayed at this hotel more than 3 times during my business trip. for the first time I got a room that was comfortable and worth the price, but after I came back to book the same type of room and it was very disappointing. I got a small room while I paid the same price as when I first came. I complained to the receptionist and asked to get the same room I had stayed in, luckily they cooperated to give me another room. but when I entered the room and opened the air conditioner, there was dust coming out of it. like it hasn't been used for a long time, right? I was surprised and had to go back down to the receptionist and they finally gave me the same room I had stayed in before.for me this hotel should check carefully to provide a room that is actually suitable n match for the price also same with display details in booking apps. . Anyway, I like staying here n will come back during my business trip . Thank you for the receptionist. I hope the same thing does not happen again.
this hotel is in hidden area but easy to find. Parking is available. Estimated payment is RM 8+ up for 1 night. close to a convenience store Ada restaurant. beautiful and clean hotel. receptionist for good cooperation.

Malaysiathe room is a bit small even for two people but value for the price there's a hole on bathroom door there's no bathroom foot mat so I have to bought it on my own for single or traveler this room is worth your money but for family with a children please consider before you booked. so far i'm having a nice stay for two days but not gonna do it for second time 🤣🤣🤣
