Positive section of review
Everything! The location is perfect, literally steps away from the boardwalk. The rooftop lounge had the best view of the harbour and city we could find. The rooftop bar also had good food and drinks at affordable prices. We were able to leave the car, which the staff ensures is parked and ready to go in the morning, when you need it. The beds and sofa were comfortable and we slept very well. During the day, you could hear the busy streets below, but at night it was very quiet. The call to prayer can be a little loud as the mosque is not far away and aligned with the room we had. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious and renovated. The staff went above and beyond at the reception, helping us with a bus who was blocking our car one morning. Breakfast was excellent with a perfect view, inside or outside. Overall great experience and likely worth a lot more than the price we paid.

The door to our room (514) was very hard to close. We had to slam it, which made a loud noise. It wasn't so much a problem for us as for potential neighbours if we ever transited during the night. The wifi was not great in our bed or sofa as they were farther from the wifi. Other rooms likely didn't have that problem, based on the signal in other parts of our room. Those two issues were easy fixes to an otherwise perfect stay, and likely applicable to a minority of rooms anyway.

Room is very comfy,clean and big ,comparing with the other rooms that we found in Sultanahmet area.The location is also good ,5 minutes from the tram and next to many sightseeings like Hagia Sofia and Grand Bazaar.The owner is very hospitable providing us with useful information about the city landmarks.location of the hotel very calm despite the fact that is central area and quite busy.

Our room was very good, had a nice “patial Bosphorus” view. The interiors are lovely, breakfast very good. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

The location right outside the hotel in not exaclty pleasant. I was thinking about booking a transfer from the airport, but the prices the hotel offered were far beyond any reasonable level.

Taxi driver ripped me off for the 5 minute ride from the airport to the hotel in the middle of the night. He went in the hotel like some kind of friend or colleague. The next day I needed to come back to the airport and the receptionist was insisting to book a taxi for me, even though I said I would take the tram and was just asking where the closest tram stop was. Breakfast was very simple.

The room was dirty. The toilet was stained with yellow, that is, it was not washed at all after the last guest.. There were only 1 slippers... The hotel administration does not respond at all to the messages addressed from this site, we submitted a request for early check-in, but no one answered us. "Do not disturb" information means nothing to them.
