Room was very small . Not soundproof very noisy particularly in morning. We were asked for arrival time but arrived later due to delays at airport. Host not on site had to wait outside 45 minutes should have been made aware of this before arrival.

A problem with a door to the bedroom couldn't be solved during 10 days. Poor equipment of the kitchen.

The cleanliness of the residence and the comfort of the customer should be taken into consideration. Throughout my stay for 8 nights, our bath towels were never changed and this was very disappointing. I suggest you provide a broom in the room so that we can clean the floor ourselves because the cleaners only come to pick up the garbage but do not clean the room or bathroom at all. A mop and cleaning soap should also be provided in the bathroom as we have to clean the bathroom and toilet ourselves.

The light switch for the main room is located on the opposite side of a dividing wall - if you arrive late, it is not possible to switch on the light immediately (although you can switch on the light in the kitchen and try to navigate by that). I also wish there was more than one power outlet in the main room (e.g. near the table where one places their laptop would be nice).

The apartment is exactly as shown on the photos. It faces south so it receives a lot of sunlight. The main bed was comfortably hard, not soft at all. The apartment is in a quiet location, although there is some machine outside that hums constantly (I got used to it after the first night). The gas stove was easy to use. The entire place was very clean and spacious.

All the furniture looks old and dirty a bit. For example, there were burnt holes at the kitchen couch and floor at the bedroom, the tray was dirty. The most important was the lying from the administrator. She said it's really warm in the room. Okay, they actually have radiators. But they don't work 🤷 They're too cold. If was a really hard to sleep in the bed, the bed was extremely cold. We're going to stay at the room for a month, but we couldn't because of cold. And I don't understand why the administrator said to us it's warm at the room. We knew the truth, didn't we? I just hate lying.

The room was big, you can smoke there. The administrator speaks Russian. There is a elevator in the building.

we arrived at the address and then we were told to go to a different place cause our apartment is there. and all the family with luggage and baby stroller had to move there. No concern about your comfort. in description on the site room has 60m, but in fact there was about 40. Kitcheb facilities are poor , no desire to cook there.
