We came in national holiday time and it was superbusy, so we waited a long time for cleaning the room. And there was no minibar in the room

The swimming pool was not clean enough. Sometimes you can't see your feet at the bottom. The wifi SMS system did not work so we could not use the Wi-Fi connection. Other than that, we could not get some breakfast (Ie. Borek, Pisi) which was written on the menu. This one is not relevant to the hotel, nevertheless, I should mention this. Finding a taxi is almost impossible in Alacati. You should be prepared for it.

The hotel is located so close to the center. 5 mins walk will take you to the busy streets of Alacati. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has a great ambiance. We had a problem with our room in the beginning but thanks to Yasin Bey, he came up with a really nice solution. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Having tree shadows around the pool gives a really good vibe while sunbathing.

Our room was very humid and cold, we were cold the whole night. We only had a tiny blanket and it was not comfortable. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. We asked for another room, but they had electricity problems. I tried to figure out if the A/C could push hot air but no. We were alone in the whole thing, I am sure we could have had something better.

It is quite easy to access and a adequate walking distance to cute streets and restaurants. The 2 guys were very nice and did their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The area provides plenty to do with shops, beach clubs, restaurants and night life as well as cultural and historic attractions within driving distance. Alacati’s cobbled streets are pretty and quaint, although perhaps not ideal for those with restricted mobility.

From arrival till departure, everything was just amazing. Very detail oriented hotel for couples. Guest service, rooms, staff, breakfast, location is of a high standard. We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony: the beds were very comfortable, all amenities are very nice, clean and pleasant. Our room had a big balcony with the pool and garden view The garden is so beautiful and it is a real pleasure to enjoy the Turkish breakfast around the pool - breakfast is really amazing, all food is real, locally produced and served by the smiling personnel (thank you very much!) hotel in general had a beautiful atmosphere warm and enjoyable look. It would have been better if it had a dinner concept

We traveled to Turkey for a wedding and wanted to enjoy a couple of days of relaxation beforehand. Everything was exceptional at this hotel. From the property to the service to the friendly staff to the food. The cleaning staff are just amazing, everyday I see them cleaning the pool, tanning beds, changing the pool towels on spot. The Turkish breakfast is delicious and fresh. This hotel is a true gem and we cannot wait to come back. 10/10 would recommend. This was hands down our favorite part of the trip. Food and price performance rocks

The reception smells like cigarettes

The location is close to the downtown, but able to be accessed by car. The breakfast is very good and big. The staff is SUPER nice, they even helped us with our laundry free of charge. And they generally speak English or make an effort to communicate

The facility was amazing. It's really lovely and green. The pool was a lot bigger than I expected, which was great because it gave more space for people to swim and enjoy. There are a lot of places for you to sit and relax and the location while is very close the the Alacati center (10-15min on foot) it's also away from all the clubs so at night it's very peaceful and calm. The staff were lovely and attentive. Their breakfast was exceptional, I almost took it as a challenge for myself to finish everything, but it was impossible. Most importantly, they were all very delicious. The rooms are very spacious as well. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time and most likely will come back next summer, too 😊

Every moment I spent there was surrounded by carefully thought-out details, which was very important to me. The staff deserves special praise for their warmth and helpfulness. Whenever I needed anything or had a problem, they responded immediately and did their best to make me feel comfortable. Such a service approach made my stay at the hotel even more special. My room, along with the entire hotel, was spotless and well-organized. Staying in a spacious and modern room was a delight. Having a restful night's sleep on comfortable beds was an essential detail for me. Additionally, my room was cleaned and refreshed daily, ensuring I always stayed in a pristine environment. The breakfast service was truly fantastic! A wide range of delicious and fresh fruits, hot dishes, and local delicacies was served, making it a perfect start to the day. The variety of options catered to every taste and allowed me to enjoy my breakfast to the fullest. The location of the hotel was simply wonderful. Being close to central areas allowed me to easily reach nearby tourist spots. Furthermore, being situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood provided an excellent atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding. I thank the hotel management for their exceptional staff, elegant decoration, and comfortable accommodation. I am looking forward to staying here again on my next trip!

It was a quite lovely stay it was not my first time in Alaçatı yet this place is located where you can enjoy of quietness most. It might be the time of season because I was one of a few but people that work at this place make you feel privileged
