We stayed for 8nights .on the second day I contacted floritena at 10.30 to inform her that as advertised there was no swimming pool available …it was a building site… every single morning there was builders there with Jack hammers and loud machinery. . We are two old ages pensioners going on a relaxing holiday … this far from !! We couldn’t walk to the beach due to health reasons. Our holidays was completely ruined from this appauling apartment.i dont want to go on Tripadvisor yet but I would like some reasonable answers to my complaints . This is completely unacceptable.on booking .com it shows a pool this is not the case. False advertising along with everything else .

The property is stunning with gorgeous design and attention to detail worthy of a 4-star resort. The location is great too, in a residential neighborhood very quiet and posh. However, I recommend having a car. I didn't and I struggled a bit to get around. It took me one hour to go to the beach or the town center (buses ran twice per hour) and there were very few eating options around, no restaurants or supermarkets nearby at walking distance.

The bedroom I booked was beautiful, but maybe more suited for a family (with an extra room with bunk beds), but what bothered me was that I found it dark and damp. The owner was very understanding and accommodating and graciously gave me the option to move to another room on the 2nd floor for 2 nights until the next guests arrive.

The location close to the airport was perfect and the morning shuttle was prompt and good price. The room had a pleasant little atrium/balcony!

Room floor was very dirty, dust, hair and nail clippings. Checking in was a bit of a challenge as no one answered the phone number I called and had to wait until someone exited the building and held the door for me to enter in order to find the staff on the 5th floor.

Very nice apartment, in a very beautiful location.. we stayed at floor 4 so the outside noise from nearby bars wasn't an issue..
