The bathroom could be a bit more spacious

The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable. A desk with a comfortable office chair to work on the computer, placed at the window. The room was very bright thanks to a wall of windows facing the outside main street.

Simple room but better than expected. It isn't really quiet, but with earplugs you'll be fine. Center is easy to reach, as well as the airport. Solid price quality value for this area.

Generally, the big issue for me was water: the shower had no hot water and there was a little of warm water. A little better situation, but still similar, was within the sink. But I don't know if it was all the time or just in the late evening when we were coming back from the city center to the apartment and when every one else took a shower (using up the supply of hot water or something). I also had a feeling that there was moisture because when we washed socks, after 24h they were as wet as at the beginning (we had to use a hair dryer from the bathroom). Apart from that, the wardrobe's door was creaking and bathroom's door was hard to close.

It was quite clean and neatly, incl. sheets and electric kettle. The room was big, so it was bed and wardrobe. It was qiet (we had our room at less crowdy side of the street). The window sheets worked well, so we could sleep better, without a light coming from the street. The sockets and lights worked well. The host was nice and hospitable - although she didn't speak English, she tried to communicate and answer our questions (I mean, there is always a way to find a way to communicate, especially if you have smartphone and Internet), moreover, the host made the impression of a person who respects guests' privacy. The wi-fi connection was good. The room had some additional decorations to make it cosy and there was a bottle of water with two glasses on the table awating for us. The apartment is located near the shop and metro station.

We stay there last year and knew where it was, the price was okay for an overnight, easy to get a taxi.

Checking in. We had a hard time, first figuring in out the exact building, then contacting the host. It may have been due to being Sunday, too.

The room was comfy, and spacious. There was a nice detail to have cold water to drink in the room. The staff was very nice. We were able to leave our bags after check out.

Staff asked to be notified when we arrived via WhatsApp — we did that then waited 20 mins. She never came down or responded. Someone else let us into the building. It’s possible she thought we would buzz via intercom, but we did what she actually asked us to do. Need towels (badly)

We needed a room for one night near the US embassy and Sete Rios bus station. Fit the bill.

The bed was a bit too firm and the pillows weren’t firm enough so that was a bit of a mismatch. Unfortunately we needed to hold the shower head in our hands which isn’t the most comfortable

The location is fine, especially when you take the bus to Porto the next day. It’s not close to the touristic center but there enough shops en restaurants close by. The room was clean and well organised.

Really great location for a base. Really good communication and directions. Staff were lovely and helpful. Minutes around the corner from Sete Rios train station. Also the bus and metro station are there too. Plenty of restaurants in area from Sushi to traditional , some offering a lunch menu deal for around 8/9 Euro between certain times including drink and coffee.

no elevator. good to know if you come with 20kg of luggage + extra bags and need to climb to the 2nd floor by yourself. no staff to help.

High standards as expected. My second stay. I would use again if I needed to visit this area or indeed Lisbon itself. Near rail links and IPO hospital. Cafés and restaurants nearby. All you need.
