To manie facilities arround, like restaurants and the metro eis 2min walk 🚶‍♀️. The personel we're very supportive to help me collect something I forgotes in the room.

Room floor was very dirty, dust, hair and nail clippings. Checking in was a bit of a challenge as no one answered the phone number I called and had to wait until someone exited the building and held the door for me to enter in order to find the staff on the 5th floor.

The location close to the airport was perfect and the morning shuttle was prompt and good price. The room had a pleasant little atrium/balcony!

Room was too small, our room was between two other rooms where we share the balcony with other guests so no privacy. Walls are thin u can hear every noise (locking of the door, chats from other room, pigeons grunting sound and planes).

It was near the airport and safe neighborhood. The receptionist was friendly and apartment was clean.

The receptionist was adorable. He treated me and my girlfriend SO well. He was fun, accessible and very caring. Also the view from our 5th floor room was MAGICAL.

Hard to find a n on street parking spot and not very clear how to find a parking lot nearby

The apartment not în good condition, dirty, torn and shabby curtains, door to the terrase without a window, old towels, cobwebs aroind the corners....and horrible smell in the bathroom.,

Location was difficult to find. Nav was no help. I finally phoned and was told to use nav repeatedly after I explained I had been doing so for a half hour. I have attached an exterior picture so hopefully this helps someone. No luggage scale at an airport stay and unfortunately no type of coffee (and I had left mine at our last place).

Shuttle service was on time and friendly.

No proper pillows. Just two or three small cushions. Very difficult to find. I understand that no advertising on the front door or building is allowed. So there must be more detailed information on the booking confirmation. No sign of reception staff when I was checking out and wanting help with booking a taxi.

Housekeeping excellent. The housekeeper was charming and helpful. The young man on reception for my first reservation could not have been more helpful. Just wish I could remember his name.

The bathroom smelt a bit funny. Beds were okay, can’t complain for the price and location! Had to wait a bit to check in because the host was out.

Check in at 16-00 and even if the room was ready at about 12, you have to wait. you can leave luggage there for 5 EUR, or check in a bit later for 10 EUR (typical hostel). The main door lock is horror. you have to learn how to open this bloody door (stick the key not to end, but leave a nanometer gap). Because of the shared balcony it was always smell of cigarettes in the room. It is expensive for one person (50 EUR / night)

Metro station is in 2 minutes by foot. The room itself was not bad, clean and with big comfortable bed. Shared bathroom was surprisingly clean, considering that there was only two on the floor with about 10 rooms.

The Key to the downstairs door hardly ever seemed to work properly and quite a few times I had to buzz reception to let me in, which they always did, so wasn't too big a deal!

Very nice apartments! Super friendly staff who kindly allowed me into my room a few hours before check-in time, which was really appreciated after a long journey. The bedroom was great, very clean and comfortable, with a great balcony and a nice view! The location was excellent - a more quiet part of the City, and right next to Roma Metro station, and plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Great value for money as well! Would definitely recommend! Note - before I arrived, I read a lot of reviews saying the building was a bit difficult to find, so I got the shuttle from the airport which took me straight to the place and the driver showed me how to get in - I would recommend doing this if you're coming from the airport, it's only 10 Euros per person.

It was ridiculous that the kitchen didn't have a sink to wash fruits and vegetables and pour water in a tea kettle.
