This property is so beautiful and well maintained. The lady that manages the property is so warm and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast. The detail of the decor in this property is spectacular I can’t recommend this enough! Just a short walk from the historical centre !

This is a modern hotel well located for the sights of Centro. My room was a good size, no frills but everything works well. Breakfast is the same. The reception staff were very helpful. Highly recommended for a comfortable, practical hotel in Centro.

The beds are comfortable, with AC, and good storage area. It has a great price and a good location depending on your priorities. It felt clean, with some questionable aspects, but at least the personal spaces felt clean.

There was literally no soap anywhere which I find unacceptable. Also, the smell of pets is everywhere which isn't super pleasant.

Very helpful staff, great location couple blocks by the beach, supermarket near by, nice terrace with pool and tasty breakfast, sights are all around the Rio and this hotel puts u in the center of it

Breakfast great, lots of staff continually cleaning and replenishing. View amazing. Staff very helpful. Organised events - walks, fairs, bbq, bingo, sailing were great.

4 bed female dormitory very small. Late night noise outside dormitory. Guests should be moved into breakfast area if they wish to continue after 11pm.

I don’t like that still the ticket has not been sent to me per mail, very bad as I need that to close my expenses. I have sent two mails requesting the ticket but nothing.

Only minor issue I had was some temporary off-season building they were doing during short parts of the day. But I think that should be finished pretty soon anyway and the place will look even better anyway because it seems like they’re adding some new cool social areas

Cleanliness, I had to ask to have our floor swept and mopped - it didn't happen every day. General cleanliness could be improved on - no soap for handwashing in bathrooms, staff don't start till 8am therefore bathroom rubbish bins not emptied till after then, sink for washing dishes continually dirty.
