Our family's stay at your hotel was simply exceptional. On the day of our visit, it was my wife's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. While we were at breakfast, they surprised us by decorating the room festively and presenting a cake with a heartfelt congratulations letter addressed to my wife. This thoughtful gesture, so rare in our days, meant the world to us, and we are grateful for the staff's professionalism and kindness in taking the time to create such a memorable moment. Special thanks to: - Mr. Sheldon, Front Office Manager - Mr. Shingi, Reception - Mr. Ahmed, Bellboy We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Nomad Restaurant staff for accommodating us until 3 am and providing excellent service. The service levels are exceptional; Front desk is too good; Special thanks to Sachin, Atif, Allan and special thanks to the house keeper Gopi.. Forgot the name of front desk who did the login early morning; he was very nice too Bedding is very nice..but carpet needs little cleaning or replacement. In house mini kitchen is very useful

I loved the peace and quiet of the hotel. A bonus was the easily accessible eateries/ restaurants in the same building which offered a variety in food and cuisines. These also prevented unnecessary travelling, therefore, the need for transportation was eliminated. Breakfast options were varied and fulfilling.

Booking taxis online could be better with more assistance from the hotel. Better checks of the tables and floor in the breakfast area should be carried out, so that mess from previous patrons are cleared properly.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, with the presence of mold and a non-functional sink. The breakfast options were limited and lacked variety, consisting of unappetizing food items such as fruits and eggs, without any customization options. The excessive noise from the disco caused significant sleep disruption throughout the night. Additionally, the furniture in the room was damaged, and the staff's behavior was unprofessional.
