Sauna and steam was not function during my stay. There was no hair dryer in Bathroom Staff needs to be more friendly with guests.

Flying in to Dubai saw us land at a very early time. We were told we had to wait for check in time but when I later went to the desk the room was ready and the other person let us in slightly earlier. I think it would be nice if they took our details and let us know when it was ready as the flights in are difficult to manage. No real complaints though, just a point of something I noticed.

It was a nice stop off near the Mall of the Emirates and much better pricing than the newer part of Dubai where we stopped two weeks prior. Great place to pick up reasonably priced souvenirs without the stressful haggling at some of the markets.

The pool closed for an hour while the lifeguard had lunch but understandable at the same time, Just wish we didn't have to leave the pool because it is so nice

Room was lovely but due to the crazy rain that was happened it did leak but the hotel were more than accommodating and moved us straight away, The staff there are amazing!!

The fact that one of the elevators is not working makes the waiting quite long. I ended up using the stairs very often, which was ok as i was on the second floor.

The room was huge and very comfortable. Very good location and i liked the hotel itself, the parking, the lobby, the Pub.

I am overall satisfied with my stay in the hotel, but it doesn't seem to be a 4-star hotel to me. Here are a few points that can be improved: - There was no hair dryer, and when I asked for it, they sent a broken one to the room. - The faucets weren't functioning well. - The room was toooo dark with no decent light for the nighttime. - I got stung badly in the bed twice while I was asleep. - The first night, I got up in panic as the neighboring guest was sharply pushing the door handle and trying to open the connecting door of the rooms.

The location and the staff were the main advantages. There's a walking distance to the mall of emirates where the metro and bus station are located. The staff were friendly, agile with the requests and efficient.

Even though I didn't explore all the facilities, I found two of them were closed. Also, the amenities, there was no comb and no toothbrush in the bathroom as well as no hair dryer. Last, I would recommend putting a guidebook in rooms that mentioned all the available facilities, their timings, and the extension number.

It was a good stay, nice, welcoming and helpful staff. On-sight parking and a quiet area there are many restaurants, SPAs, grocery shops, and malls nearby.

Good location in the heart of Al Barsha near the Mall of the Emirates. Big comfortable rooms with reasonable upgrade proposed by Booking. Many good cafés with reasonable prices are nearby.

My room was not spacious enough to accommodate 2 guests and there is need to always change the foodstuffs content on daily basis for breakfast. Why don't always put the hotel costs in terms of both in dollars and local currency because the hotel hosts foreigners from other countries.

Location, a little far from the metro stop

I would like to point out the excellent service and helpfulness of receptionist Fahima. The room very comfortable and quiet even if old. The breakfast buffet not up to the standard of the hotel. Very pleasant stay
