We looked for a hotel near the airport as we were transfer passengers. It's ideal place for that. We stayed with 3 kids and everything was comfortable for us in the room and during the breakfast. There are various dishes of high quality. The beds are comfortable. Welcome fruits made us enjoy at night when we'd arrived. Concierge service is fast, the personnel is friendly.

Absolutely nothing.

I traveled for my 40th birthday with my family and stayed at this hotel and I had a great time. From check-in to check out everything was great. They assisted with booking a restaurant for my big day dinner and even surprised me in my room with a birthday cake. The staff at the hotel are friendly and always say hello with a smile. I felt a genuine hospitality here and I'll definitely come back!

My family had an absolutely wonderful stay at your hotel! We were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience.

Our family's stay at your hotel was simply exceptional. On the day of our visit, it was my wife's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. While we were at breakfast, they surprised us by decorating the room festively and presenting a cake with a heartfelt congratulations letter addressed to my wife. This thoughtful gesture, so rare in our days, meant the world to us, and we are grateful for the staff's professionalism and kindness in taking the time to create such a memorable moment. The wait for taxi is a bit long. On Sunday, worship days, taxis are readily accessible as members are being dropped off. Had my “ready to clean” light on and still housekeeping left a note saying my room was double locked, but how so if I’m not in the room? So my room wasn’t cleaned the entire wknd. Luckily it was just me and I had more than enough items on hand, but my bed made daily would’ve been nice.

I really liked this hotel. We had a very large room with a powerful shower & a bath. The room had access to the executive club which offered various snacks & beverages at certain times. Nice white wine selection. The hotel had a connecting bridge to the Irish Village which was great.

All was good, however die to number of guests getting lounge seats in the pool area was challenging.

The buffet breakfast is exceptional and the Akura Spa experience was excellent.

One of the best hotels for couples, quiet, comfortable., welcoming staff grate facilities. The room size and design is amazing. The breakfast was delicious with a big range of variates.

Lacking a couple of staff (especially at breakfast). Also - found a book in the library and wanted to take it outside on terrace but was told no - I’d have to stay in the library to read it 🤷🏻‍♂️

The place is ideally situated close to the airport but not too far away from downtown. There’s plenty on offer for activities and things to entertain during a stay but it’s quiet if you want that. Rooms are a good size and facilities are plentiful.

Not quite as polished as it used to be, used to rate as a 9 in my book!

Have been a regular visitor to Dubai for 35 years and like hotels around the Creekside and original City Centre, there are now much trendier places to stay. Very spacious hotel with huge well appointed Club rooms and good facilities. The hostess in the Club Lounge looks after you extremely well and should be commended. Good breakfast served each morning in the poolside restaurant. Excellent gym and sports facilities. Great view from upper floors and rooftop bar over Dubai Creek Golf Club to the impressive skyline of the new City Centre.

Nothing, it was such a great stay.

This hotel was by far one of the most fantastic stays I have ever done!! Everything from the rooms to the cleanliness of the hotel to the food to the service was excellent. Big shout out to Zeeshan!!! He kept my room in an amazing condition and even provided some cool towel art that made my day every time I came back from work to a very well made room. I also got access to the club lounge and Jess was so kind and provided amazing service! The breakfast every morning had so many options and the staff were so lovely and it has so many options. Honestly everyone from reception to the concierge to the security to the valet staff to the housekeeping to the room service was just TOP notch. I would definitely come and stay here again! Thank you :) 10/10

The air conditioner its either to cold or certain times its very hot ..If the curtains are left open in the morning and the guest returns late evening ..probably the room takes considerable time to cool

Location is ideal .Room is cosy and comforting.Breakfast is good.The staff is well trained and looks after you very well. If you are a regular guest you really feel the hospitality of a different level.

Nothing really.

Spotlessly clean hotel and excellent service from all staff. The double room was amazing with everything we needed for a very comfortable few days stay. Metro station is 10 mins walk away and taxis very close by. It is a beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed the rooftop pool which was very quiet while we were there. The breakfast is exceptional, never seen so much choice of food.
