* BRAND NEW * High specification cosy self-contained studio apartment with private gated entrance and a parking space. This contemporary property is situated on the ground floor of a modern housing estate and is completely secure and conveniently located only 5 minutes' walk to Cheltenham Spa Station as well as 15 minutes' walk into town's centre. It features a compact fully equipped modern kitchen, sleeping area with a 40 inch TV, high spec en-suite shower/ WC and a space saving dining area.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located on recently built housing estate just 5 minutes' walk from Cheltenham Spa Station as well as less than 15 minutes' walk into Cheltenham's Town Centre. There's always parking available just outside the house. Bus links on the main road which is just a few minutes' walk. Tesco Express/ Waitrose and 24 Hr Tesco all within short walking distance. The area and property are very safe.
