Great location. Near to Galata port, Tophane Metro Station which the next station after Karakoy, and also next to Kilic Ali Pasa Cemi. Theres a lot of eatary outside the hotel. Cafes & also Durum Restorants. For those who like to walk, hotel is 2km away from karakoy, Tupras Stadiyumu, Taksim Sq, and Dolmabahçe Palace. Property owner - Mr. Ishak & family, was very accomodating & friendly. He always attend to our needs. He also arranged our airport transfer, which is reasonable compare to other provider.

At night, can hear dogs barking and the hot water takes few minutes to come out.

Very friendly and helful staff, the manager was very eager to give advice and any information to make the trip more pleasant and easier. Each morning we were offered coffee/tea on the house. The room was a bit small but clean and cozy. Close to the main attractions in the city, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and tram stations for anything further. Also, lots of markets and places to eat around.

I think they were renovating and in the bathroom there was no door to cover the valves for the pipes in the shower.

The hotel is located in a very good location - very close to the center. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and pleasant.

There was only a sheet to turn on, no duvets. It was not very comfortable for the beginning of May.

Sauna and indoor pool was belong spa and they charge for that not inclusive, so if you want to do work out you can’t use indoor pool, I suggest for them in every department of service in resort should be some one fluent in English
