The room could have been a bit bigger for a family of 3 - But in the end, it is what you pay is what you get.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The location couldn't be better, just a minute away from Vezneciler metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I was thrilled to be given a room with a balcony. The rooms were impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night. Although breakfast was available for an additional fee, it was a bit hit or miss in terms of quality. However, having the option to dine at the hotel was convenient, especially on busy mornings. One standout feature of the hotel was the availability of rooms for work meetings, which was incredibly helpful for me during my stay. It provided a quiet and professional space to conduct business. Additionally, I had the opportunity to visit the spa, despite it being expensive, it was worth it. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others. It offered a fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient amenities that made for a memorable stay.

Location is about 10-15 walk from grand bazaar, and from the Fatih Mosque. You can get to the tram line within 10 minutes - from there you can get to Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque in a few minutes on the team.

Just the lock combination, when it gets jammed because of the wrong code, but the technician was very fast and came straight away and fixed it.

Room was very nice, small but convinient for our 3 day trip, perfect view of the amazing and peaceful setting of the Mosques and shops along the road. Very quite and has a lovely echo of the Adhaan when prayer times. Good choice of local shops and easy to get in to the main square very close (10 Minutes walk/ or 5 minutes tram ride which is so close to the Hotel) Would defo recommend this as the staff is very nice and met a friendly and kind member of staff which was extremely so helpful with helping myself and my partner get around and provided knowledge about the city. Have definately made our stay more welcoming and satisfactory thanks to her.

1. Linens were not changed in our 5 days stay. 2. Little bit congested rooms if extra bed added for 3rd person in standard King room but that's the issue in all hotel rooms in this touristic sultanahmet area 3. Bathroom very small

The rooms in 6th floor smells bad because of high humidity. It is not acceptable for the value. There is a sisha place in the first floor of hotel. If you stay at first floor, you can feel the vibrations the music they play in your pillow. They play this loud music until 1 am. The quality of the products used for breakfast is low. The TVs in the rooms are not able to connect to internet and streaming services. Location is central amd close to metro and tram but on the other hand it is very loud.

The staff is extremely helpful. Whatever problem we had, they proactively solved them as much as they can. They provide bathrobe for the Turkish bath.

What I didn’t like was that for breakfast we need to pay, it was not included, and I believe for the price of 280€ for 4 days, the breakfast must be included!!

They were so kind and helpful, and massage salon hamam of turkey was excellent, specially the person of massage was so professional and educated.

AC would only work during “summer” season, when we went in March, it was classed as “winter” season, so the AC in the room was not working. This wasn’t a problem, except for 1 of the nights where it got uncomfortably hot. Also, the street is very loud from a nightclub nearby, noise until around 2-3am in the mornings. It was even louder since the window had to be open due to the AC issue.

Staff very friendly, the whole hotel is very clean. There was a lot of options for breakfast. Hotel is in a nice location where most things are a walkable distance.

Outdated furniture, the mold in bath. Conditioner was not working due to "not yet season", but April was warm nights and it would be nice to have some cold. Breakfast was okay, but not something you remember. Russian oriented staff, cheers you in Russian language, which is literally language of occupants, so you don't feel very comfortable surrounded russians. Not recommend if you are not russian to go to this hotel.

I felt the staff was a bit rude in some ways. The breakfast was exact same for the days which I stayed.

The property was very good. It was very clean. The location is excellent and its very close to all the main attractions.
