The music at night is insanely loud! We were so confused by this as the people staying were mostly families or seniors. The loud music goes until 12:30am. It is impossible to sleep or keep my son asleep and if there was one reason we would consider another hotel, it would be this.

All inclusive was truly exceptional! Food and drinks galore! We even received a gift basket with fruits and a bottle of wine from the hotel. There was many activities for our son to enjoy: kid's club, water park, pools, and beach. We will definitely return again.

Room cleaning wasn't accurate, dust everywhere which I don't think is acceptable for 5 star hotel.

It was nice place to stay and enjoy the holiday. Plenty of food and variety of drinks. Very helpful staff. We enjoyed every moment in this place.

a place without an embankment and a prominade, you can walk along the road with annoying sellers, and go to Antalya for almost an hour

On the fifth day of our stay, my daughter and I started vomiting with diarrhea. We had all symptoms of food poisoning.This did not happen to my husband who was on a different diet. The reason for this could not be excessive exposure to the sun, because we always stayed in the shade because of the baby. It lasted one day but it ruined the vacation.

When we arrived they gave us a bigger room which was nice. Beautiful beach and pools.

I just wish more staff were able to speak ent and understand English! Sometimes communication was hard. There was no iron and ironing board in the rooms supposedly for a fire accident they had years ago . You had the option to ask them to iron your clothes for a hefty price! If they don’t provide iron, they need to provide the service for free! I have never been in a hotel anywhere in the world that they did not provide iron at least upon request. Most of them already have them in the rooms.

Rooms were big and clean. The beach was sandy and the water was perfect!

Staff at reception and at the bars was no welcoming nor polite, at all. Usually in bad mood and providing poor services to guests. Food at restaurant and cafe could have wider variety, better quality and more theme menus would have helped for those staying more than 5 days.

Cleaning staff was very polite and delivered outstanding services. Room was comfortable, clean, good quality shower and linen, spacious. Facilities were good overall, nice pool and beach facilities, good sized restaurant and bars.

-The beds were too hard. -The food at the buffet is more or less the same all the time. -We had to leave one day earlier. The hotel did not want to refund us and kept telling us that we had to ask Booking.com to do it. Booking.com refused to refund that night pretexting that the hotel management refused to modify the reservation. It seems that it would have been possible to get a refund if we would not have booked with Booking.com. This is a good reason not to deal with Booking.com for the next vacation!!!

Everything was great The beach was cleaner than last few years. Congratulation for closing the bar on the pier which made the ocean water filthy before.

One of the biggest downfalls of the hotel was the WIFI, it seemed as if the hotel didnt have WIFI. We ended up having to buy a sim card and mobile data. There was basically no WIFI in the room. This was a major turn off and very frustrating. Additionally, the evening shows were not so good. It was usually just music, entertainment could have been better.

Our stay was great! The staff were superb and everyone spoke English, everyone was super friendly and everyone was always on top of things. The hotel is really well situated. The food was great and always fresh! Our room was always tidied to a good quality and was very clean. The view was amazing, and the beach was nice. Overall the stay was very pleasant and nice.

Nice overall, but nothing extraordinary. You would expect some luxurious touch for this price, but this one is just nice. Simple ikea-style furniture, simple decorations. Totally fine for a lower price, but this one was a bit expensive. Given high price and good reviews I expected a luxurious place, but it lacked the vibe. Lack of airport shuttle, even though the hotel isn't too far. Too many annoying sales persons trying to convince you to visit their overpriced spa. Charged us $5 for a call to Istanbul, claiming it as international call. I payed over $3,500 in total - spending time to charge $5 at checkout when taxi is already waiting is just meticulous.

Nice and big pool. Good beach with wooden walkways on sand. Good food. Can't say anything really bad about this hotel, it's a nice place, just overpriced.

Location is not the best, so could not enjoy time by walking outside hotel, but if someone is going to spend all time on hotel territory, then it's not an issue.

The studio and photography staff, one was of them rude and unprofessional but manged it with his manager but still unsatisfied with the action.

Visited this hotel many times and will keep coming back. The staff is very friendly and genuine, they do their best to keep you happy and enjoy your stay. Facilities are great, events and shows keep changing on daily basis for kids and adults. All available restaurants were amazing, open buffet are outstanding with a big variety every day, breakfast might the same on daily basis but it has many choices with endless choices. Lunch and breakfast keeps changing every day and night. The bars and restaurants outside within pool and sea area are very good and serve high quality tasty many choices for food and drinks. Main pool is what we Iiked the most aside the daily entertainment and events. Location is great as well, few steps away from shopping centers and bazaars and just next to bus station if needed. Room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.
