The room is really small. But that's about it - cannot fault them for it as it's a good value at the price. For 2 travelers and 2 luggages, there wasn't much room to manouver.

Location is awesome for this hotel! They provided sustainable amenities that you can take from the lobby. Service by reception is lovely and friendly. Lift is available. Check in and check out was seamless. Iron is available at reception if you ask. New towels are provided everyday - they will hang it at your door.

It is a modern, boutique style hotel, located in the nord/west of Tokyo next to a river arm. We had a great stay with everything we needed. At the reception hall there is a "bar" with different goodies for free to take to the room and you can borrow all kinds of things. Every day new towels and water for free. Close to different public transport stations to explore Tokyo. If you are lucky you get a room with view to the skytower.

The room was very small, but it's to be expected.

The hotel was close to the center of Akihabara, but not right in the middle where it would be too loud. Very nice shrine next to the hotel as well as well as laundry near by. The room was cozy and well kept.

Standard blanket is a bit small for two persons. It seems that there is an option to add an extra blanket and we'd try next time.

Our Large Double Room met our expectation- slightly larger built-in sofa with a coffee table, reasonable space for 2 suitcases to be opened. At this price it's difficult to find alternative hotel with such few-minute-walk distance from train station. We also like the green measures on less cleaning (we guess it helped to cut the cost a lot)- but we know it's not for everyone and therefore we want to share it here. We change the garbage bag & towels ourselves for a few days and place it outside our room. New ones would be provided hanging at our door handle.

You need to be aware that the rooms are small, however assumed to be regular in Tokyo. Bathroom rather spacious

The room was quiet small, almost no room for luggage, but it was ok.

The location was good, easy to reach by JR line. The room was clean and the staff friendly. We stayed for one week and it was cleaned every 3rd day. The breakfast was also good, many things to choose from the buffet.

The pictures did not show how small the room was. I expected it to be small but there were large appliances (humidifier, tea kettle, etc.) that we did not use that took up most of the storage space.

We loved the location of this hotel and it was very quiet. The eco-friendly room cleaning was easy and the amenities bar was convenient.

Taxi driver found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is quite discreet and he originally thought he had taken us to the wrong place. But no problem once we were there.

Really convenient and short taxi ride from main Tokyo rail station. Very clean with good facilities. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. After a full days sightseeing we were too tired to go out and so tried the Italian restaurant on site which was really nice.

The room was small for two people and a large amount of luggage, though that was anticipated upon booking. The breakfast area did get crowded quick during the mornings, so be mindful of getting down to breakfast early during busy seasons. Lastly and probably the most surprising, the bathroom in the room would sometime emit a musty / bad smell in the morning or after returning from a long day out. I believe it has something to do with the plumbing infrastructure and connecting the tub, sink and floor drain to a single drain? I would run the sink for a few seconds to stop the smell. Mind you, we kept the bathroom exhaust running, common of every hotel we’ve stayed so far.

This was my wife and I’s first time in Tokyo, so we wanted something close to a station and on the eastern side of the city. I’ll start by saying Hotel Reaol Akihabara is in an excellent location near Akihabara station and some of the main attractions of the area. Being next to the river was an added bonus that you certainly appreciate from the room and during breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable! The room and bathroom were suitable for our needs.
