Positive section of review
Perfect location, close to the subway station, with lots of restaurants and shopping in the building. Staff was very helpful too! We had a person in our troop forget something in our previous hotel in a different city and the staff helped coordinate the return of the item with the previous hotel in an efficient manner and communicated with us well on its status and retrieval.

The room was very clean and the hotel itself is quite modern. It was one of the nicer hotels on our street, and there is a Family Mart 2 min. away! Staff was very welcoming and accommodating! They held our luggage even after check out, and one of the front desk ladies even came out to offer us umbrellas while we waited for our Uber!

The room was a bit small, and it was tricky opening our big luggages (there were 3 of us also). And the pillows were a bit weird, kinda like bean bags lol. I still like this place though!

Room was nice and the staff were very helpful! A person in our group left an important item after we checked out and the hotel notified us right away and were able to ship it to our new hotel very quickly and coordinated well with our new hotel in helping get the item back to us safely.

The aromatics coming in were very nice and relaxing! The restaurant in the lobby was also nice and we enjoyed the complimentary wine coupon for our room. The staff was also very helpful!
