Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was very good & the room although a bit small was excellent. We had a lovely bathroom & everything we needed & was spotless clean. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed at the desk by warm and engaging staff and the high standards just followed our greating. Sort walk to the metro or as we found a comfortable walk into the old town. Room was very modern and comfortable and all spotlessly clean. A short walk to and from our long distance train at the main station made this a easy entry to Valencia.

As mentioned in other comments the breakfast is in a little caffe down the street which is fine but the portions are just to small. They are also offering a preset menu with little choice. We needed to order extra everytime and we are not people who eat a lot.
We had a great stay and Valencia is beautiful! The staff was very kind and helpful, location is fairly close to the center and the bus station is right in front of the hotel. There is also a secure parking in the locked garage for a fee.

Good location, close to Jesus Metro station or 25 mins walk into centre for those that want to walk! Breakfast included but served adjacent cafe to the hotel and very good. Special thanks to Toni who was on reception in the mornings and Christina on reception in the afternoons! Both were fantastic and a great help in us navigating the city! Will certainly stay again! Thanks a lot!

Was a little bit further out from the main attractions you want to see in Valencia but bus stops and the metro aren't too far away to get you where you need to go
Really friendly staff and very comfortable room, the pillows were some of the best we've ever slept on in a hotel. Good sized bathroom.

It will be great if you upgrade the room with smaill fridge. All the rest was perfect.
The hotel was very nice. It was very very clean, the location was good, the bus stop was 1m away. The most important all the staff were very friendly, smiling and asking everytime if everything is fine. You can feel the special behavior. The breakfast was also very good, the place offered different kinds of home made food that is very delicious. Highly recommended. Thank you and see you again.

More personal preference, bed wasn't as comfy as we are used to...again personal preference.
The hotel was lovely and in a good location, easy access to metro or buses. It was perfect for our 2 night stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful!! (The staff member when we checked in on 6th May around 3pm, she was super helpful with things to do and how to get around Valencia, sorry did not catch her name! Muchas Gracias!)

All the staff was very nice. I did not expect the reception to be staffed 24h. Rooms are clean, comfy and functional. Wifi good and fast. The water pressure is very good, so one can take a proper shower. Lovely breakfast in a coffee shop 30m away on a square with in- and outdoor seating.

There was artificial smells from a air purifier which was too much after opening the windows it went away

I found myself stranded at the door one night (not being critical of staff he had to attend to an issue) and really think they need a card to buzz in and out like other places. The only downside is location, bit far from action, but the bus does drop you right out front. Need a kettle and fridge in room
Beautiful big comfy bed, in a modern and nice sized room. Staff excellent. Well priced.

Everything was so nice! The staff were helpful and the location were perfect! Even woke up to a small market straight outside the hotel - so cozy! Would definitely recommend. Very cheap, worth every penny!
