This was a good space in an excellent location in Granada center. It is on the fourth floor and while the building has an elevator, it is not in service and reading past reviews, appears to have been this way for over a year! Do be advised that it is not appropriate for anyone with mobility concerns. The living room and dining area are spacious, the kitchen is pretty well stocked although we did not cook. There is a washing machine. The bed is comfortable. This unit is very reasonably priced. We parked our car a nearby lot the host recommended that charged 18€/day . The host is wonderful. She is so responsive, answering questions quickly and offering plenty of suggestions for restaurants nearby.

There is an unpleasant (sewer) odor from the bathroom all the time. The host said that the smell was worse due to recent rain and provided drain covers to mitigate but it persisted. I wonder if plug-in air fresheners might have been more helpful. While this is not anyone’s fault, it was unfortunately a negative. Expect lots of stairs!

We liked that it was a spacious apartment Bathroom was excellent Kitchen was more than adequate We felt very secure The owner made us very welcome The Metro station was just a couple mins walk away with easy access to all of the main tourist attractions

The stairs were steep and this could be an issue lifting luggage for some tenants if they had a disability. That said wasn’t a problem for us

The bathroom has no noise privacy in the room!! WiFi isn’t great. And the water gets warm enough but not hot.

The comfortable roof terrace you see on the photos belongs to one of the apartments on Reyes 59, and it is not necessarily the one you will get (even if you ask for it). The apartment on the fifth floor is comfortable for several reasons, but the narrow balcony is scary if you have little kids.

There is no information about closed rof bars on Booking, paint falling of the wall, scratches on furniture. There is no water to drink in the room, no coffee or tea maker in the room. The butler chooses who to help with bags.

The check in was difficult, if you are there before 9 am you are not going to find anybody there and the gate will be close. The building has more than one hostal and is not well identified. The sign said we have to go to the second floor and once there said we have to go to the first floor, very confusing.
