Set in the heart of the Lipica stud farm with over 300 Lipizzaner horses, Hotel Maestoso offers elegant ensuite rooms. Some of them have balconies overlooking the nearby golf course. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms with a tasty buffet for breakfast and dinner. Good location near a small Slovenian town and also close enough to Trieste.

Hotel Grahor Depandance is situated in Dane close to Sežana and only 15 km from Trieste in Italy. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a minibar, 50 metres from the Hotel Grahor. The room was comfy and the mini cooler was good. The breakfast was exceptional and the restaurant likewise. The staff were super nice and well versed in English. The view from the breakfast area and the pool was great. We got a smaller room super cheap. Definitely the best bang for buck we have ever had on vacation.

We really loved our stay at OdLična hiša! Štanjel itself is practically in the center of Kras and it is a great starting point for discovering other villages. The house is perfectly located in the strict city center, you really can’t miss it, in a beautifully and tastefully renovated old house, apartments and rooms are very comfortable, light and pleasant. The hosts are charming and very helpful, Bojan also gave us very good tips on where to go and where to eat! We would and will recommend this place for sure!
