We came back for the second time and it can’t get any better! first time was for the honeymoon and the second time a year later for the anniversary. we had such a very welcoming from the staff as if we were well known, they had anniversary surprise dinner from the hotel. All our previous data were at the hotel as we had food choices and allergies request from last year and it was there and we didn’t have to mention it again. Everything from day 1 until last day was perfect, everything is worth the price and more. thank you for existing 🙏🏻

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, I want to say that it was my best experience in the last couple of years. It was as if I was at my grandmother’s house, where everyone takes care of me and you feel warmth and care. Very friendly family run hotel, ideally suited right across Toblach's bus station where the busses start that can take you to all the hiking spots in the Pustertal. Get up, get breakfast, get on a bus and start hiking. And what a breakfast it was, probably the best hotel breakfast buffet we've had in a long while. A great selection of fresh, local products, both sweet and savory and a great coffee to top it all of. And if you go hiking, pay a little extra for a lunchbox to help you get through those beautiful mountains.

The staff is amazing and the property was even better than expected with large clean rooms with beautiful views! We were so impressed we even added another night here. Despite our unforeseen late arrival, we were welcomed warmly by Florian. The kitchen staff was kindly waiting on us before closing for the evening. Also, we were a group of 9 celebrating a special birthday. Florian and the others very graciously searched and found a special cake for our celebration, making this one of the most special memories of our 2.5 weeks in Italy. Lastly, breakfast had a large, delicious variety to satisfy all tastes.

Super staff, excellent food and buffet ... a couple of days "out of time" for us. Get breakfast, go hike all day, sauna, a drink on the terrace, and dinner. Now we would love to see it in the winter, but it's been fully booked for Xmas by the same patrons for many years.
