staying at apt hofer maria was comfortable and nice. The owners were very helpful when we were stuck somewhere because of the strike. We would definitely go back if we want to go back to Villabassa.

the town is really quiet, during the night it is empty maybe cause i visited not during high seasons. Villabassa is a small town surrounded by spectacular...
Villabassa is a small town surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. We enjoyed meals at the Hotel Adler and Mexico City and also made use of the small supermarkets and the bakery. For those without transport there are local buses to the main walking routes.Sue

The apartment had what we needed. The only bathroom is in the master bedroom; however, there is another toilet just outside the door in the hallway if needed. We enjoyed breakfast at the Adler hotel, and the many food choices in nearby Dobbiaco.
