Take care: to enter the building. A code is sent by email, after booking. You have to use this code to open the main entrance door, also to get the card for the room. The bar was open, up to 00:00. Very pleasant atmosphere, good wines.

Clean , new hotel and very friendly stuff. they even spoke Czech :) check in was easy , room was clean and had everything you might need, remember you are in a little village in Austria after all :) there was a 24/7 farmers box in front of the hotel where you can get great local products right from the farmers like juices, eggs, wine, fruits etc. Overall a very pleasant stay!

You literally feel like a king :) we loved the historic atmosphere, architecture and the fact that the surrounding of the castle offer many things to discover! also, the food cooked in the burg restaurant was delicious and the same applied to local wines

We did enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was super for families with kids, there was a great playing area for kids. The staff was excellent, very kind, they tried to fulfil all of our requests. It is a 3 star hotel, but food was great and location for skiing also good.
