The staff is always willing to help, and if you don't see them at the front desk you just have to call them and they will help for sure. You can feel that the people behind it really had a vision that was also fun and good for a hotel. The rooftop bar / breakfast area was amazing. Even though the highway is near you couldn't hear a single thing from it. Breakfast was great. Bad extra comfy. Really a great place to stay especially for the prices they gave.
