Cleanliness is surpassed my expectations. The entire place was impeccably maintained, from the common areas to the dormitories. I felt reassured knowing that cleanliness was a top priority here. The stuff were super friendly and helpful. I had a emergency medical condition on Sunday ( Most of the hospitals closed on that day), the stuff patiently called all resources and helped me to check all the possible details. It was so thoughtful. I can't wait to return!

At the accommodation all rooms include bed linen and towels. What can I say, I had an excellent experience, I came here because a friend strongly recommended it! With a lot of personalised experience and young and enthusiastic staff members, even Yoshida-san, with a calm face, and an amiable and cute personality, I recommend everyone who visits Fukuoka to this place. Met a lot of friendly fellow travellers too :)

However, seeing with my own eyes, they have taken really seriously the reviews to improve the property: female-only POD room, comfort room, shower area were clean. Kudos for that! The staff were competent with English and service. They were polite and helpful before, during, and after my stay. The lounge was super nice. I would definitely book here again! I felt relief because there was a receptionist when I checked in (around 9pm). The property is just a 25 minute walk to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (Daimyomachi Church in Tenjin) or you can take the Kuko Line Train and get off from Tenjin station. Then, walk about 5-7 minutes to the church. Also, Ohori Park is just a short walk away.
