Everything was great. The location was nice, the room spacious for Tokyo standards and the staff was very kind (helping us book some restaurants in Tokyo). They also had a nice selections of crafts/souvenirs to take home.

Dinner at The Sushi was fantastic, with a super kind and nice chef cooking just for us. The happy hour was great too, nice music and nibbles and drinks. It was a dream!

Excellent experience and value for money! We spent 8 nights at this hotel. Beforehand, I was a little hesitant about the room sizes, but they were more than fine. In our standard room, we had enough room for 4 pieces of luggage (2 large, 2 smaller ones). The beds are comfortable and suitable for taller people. The room has all the amenities and functionalities you need, and everything is provided. There are also some complementary additional amenities available near the reception. We had a corner room with a stunning view of Tokyo Tower! The room was cleaned thoroughly every second day. The staff are more than helpful! The lounge room on the 12th floor was also amazing! There is a coffee machine, microwave, and a big tea selection. The location is also absolutely perfect! Shimbashi is a cool neighborhood, with a 10-minute walk to the metro station. Although there were 2 active construction sites right next to the hotel, it was quiet and peaceful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The location is really good. Lots of dining options around and only 5 mins from the Shimbashi station. I like the day bed in the room which turns out to be quite comfy to sleep on. (We have a corner twin room and while it technically sleeps two adults and two kids, the beds are small.).

Very comfortable stay in a good location. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is 5 mins from the train station. There s coffee available all day long and cookies are served in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.
