It’s like home away from home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not to mention they were all good looking as well. The egg Benedict’s for breakfast were excellent. One of the best ones I have ever had! The pool on the top floor was also a very good place to chill and relax with the park in view. The sparkling white wine is super good too for non alcoholic drinkers. Sit outside when the weather permits to people watch. The sound proofing was great too as we could not hear the car noises even though we were on the second level.

The hotel is walking distance to the city centre, takes about 10 mins of walking and the station is about the same distance. Perfect location and the staff is incredibly friendly too!

Tobu Hotel var endurnýjað í desember 2015 og er í 7 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá JR Shibuya-lestarstöðinni, en það er staðsett í miðbæ vinsæla Shibuya-svæðisins. The location is perfect - everything I could have ever asked for was within a 10 minute radius. Shibuya Parco, the station and crossing, even Mega Don Quixote! Family Mart next door too - the Fried Chicken is as good as they say! The staff were also beyond incredible. During my stay, my wallet went missing and was presumed stolen (although later found by a man who took it home to him in the countryside). During that time of stress and uncertainty, the staff were incredibly kind in allowing me to extend my stay until the wallet was returned, with the cash that I still had on hand. They even helped write messages for me to help update the police. I felt very safe and looked after by all the staff, which was not only incredibly helpful to me, but was a huge comfort to my family back home as well, especially given that this was my first solo trip overseas. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Shibuya. The location is perfect, as are the staff. Fresh bedding every day too!
