Great - nice layout of the rooms, with a big living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & an extra WC.
Everything was clean & working.
It's a very peaceful area, close to Rosenheim & only an hour's driving to Munich or Tegernsee for day trips. Bad Aibling itself is also interesting, with a Therme and Kurpark.
We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room with a bathroom and a balcony. Balcony looks at the yard with a lot of tall trees (hide the outside parking) that all the buildings are spaced around. Great breakfast. Travelling with a dog (20 kg): Additional Fee. She loved lounging on the balcony and just supervising everyone passing through the yard. The property is next to the woods with several walking paths, some are natural some are asphalt.

The terrain is flat and the walk is easy. The restaurant was closed when we were there but that was fine as there are plenty of restaurants in the town. After dinner we sat out in the hotel's garden. It was good.
