room had plenty of space which we needed as we had to re-pack after 2weeks of travel before flying back to South Africa. View over the forest area was very relaxing.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet then Bad Aibling is the place to go. It is limiting in what you can do particularly if you do not have a car. However, the trains are efficient and can get to Munich easily and usually around an hour. There are great restaurants in Bad Aibling. I would highly recommend any persons to go and visit Cafe Lotte. The food is great and fresh and the menu changes daily. The cakes are to die for and the staff are very friendly. If you want to go to a great Italian I would highly recommend Dolce Vita. The food there is excellent and the hostess Sasha is very friendly and welcoming.
Maybe the design is a little outdated but the comfort is A+ and the staff is amazing.
Spacious room with a bathroom and a balcony. Balcony looks at the yard with a lot of tall trees (hide the outside parking) that all the buildings are spaced around. Great breakfast.

She loved lounging on the balcony and just supervising everyone passing through the yard. The property is next to the woods with several walking paths, some are natural some are asphalt.
Great - nice layout of the rooms, with a big living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower & an extra WC.
Everything was clean & working.
It's a very peaceful area, close to Rosenheim & only an hour's driving to Munich or Tegernsee for day trips. Bad Aibling itself is also interesting, with a Therme and Kurpark.
We enjoyed our stay.
Very good staff. Our room was fine. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. The terrain is flat and the walk is easy. The restaurant was closed when we were there but that was fine as there are plenty of restaurants in the town. After dinner we sat out in the hotel's garden. It was good.
it’s very private and quiet, despite being central to some of the best restaurants in town. the bathing pools are a short 10 min walk as is the train station. like all European hotels there are no ice machines but the bar will provide a bucket. the rooms are smart, bright and clean and very comfortable.
Friendly staff, recently refurbished room/bathroom, nice breakfast in the mornings. Plenty of space in the room, felt a little underutilised, but nice for us to be able to spread our things out. Staff were always very friendly and helpful, parking on site was a plus as well.
As usual I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I've been here many times before and when in the area, this is always the number one choice.
Super friendly staff, big and quiet rooms, based in the country side, so great for running and cycling in the beautiful surroundings.
The location was close to town. It was spacious, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and personable. We loved staying here and they made us feel like family. We would love to come back.
The rooms are really superb and well fitted and pretty spacious too with all that one needs. The Street Kitchen restaurant's food is really exceptional with welcoming and understanding staff. A really wonderful experience and we will return.
Stefan took valuable time giving us information about busses, location, walking, car rental. Always responsive. The property is next door to SchmelmerHof hotel and is walkable into downtown Bad Aibling.
Cute little attic apartment, nice lighting and decor, kitchen had everything we needed to made a few meals. In the middle of Bad Aibling but quiet. Overall a comfortable stay for us for a few nights
Room - was very clean, The robes in the room was a nice touch.
Breakfast - there were good options and the omelette station was a nice touch.
Didn't use the spa, and wait staff were helpful.
Nice convenient location near a beautiful park and within a few minutes walk to the train station. Friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here again.
