The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Lago Azul Villas státar af fjallaútsýni og býður upp á gistirými með svölum, í um 24 km fjarlægð frá Capela de Nossa Senhora da Conceicao. Jaime is a wonderful host and welcomed us upon arrival. He recommended a good restaurant 10 minutes away and was available if we had any concerns which we did not. Probably most fun during the summer season. View was spectacular. We had a lovely outdoor seating area and a very spacious room.

Very comfortable bed and bed linen. Lovely breakfast. Fabulous staff. Easy check-in. Great place to sit outside.

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The host was super, sharing his knowledge about the area. The breakfasts were great.

The quiet, the location was just the right distance from my last stop, the friendly dogs and the help provided to find my missing backpack cover at the last rest stop. As well as taking me there and back to a local restaurant for dinner.

The location was absolutely beautiful. A perfect base to explore the mountains and walk the marked hiking trails in the area. The host, Pedro, was very communicative prior to check in and when we arrived he spent a lot of time explaining where we could go/ what we could do. His parents who were hosting throughout our stay were so lovely and couldn’t do any more for us. They made the experience extremely relaxing and memorable. Particularly loved the view for breakfast, the hammock in the evening and the friendly cat :) I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to relax, unwind, and do some hiking.
