We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes! The hotel is just a 20 minute walk from the Imperial City. The room was nice and clean, the staff friendly. I could even check in right away when I arrived in the morning from the night bus at no extra costs.

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay in hue. We were greeted with fresh fruit and a smoothie while the owner showed us a map of Hue and where was good, so lovely! We also had a night bus later on day of check out and we were able to leave our stuff and have a shower before we left the hotel which was amazing! The location of the property was perfect for us as it was close by to the walking streets and not too far of a walk from the imperial city. Nearby nice shops bars etc too!
