The staff were really friendly and exceedingly helpful . Due to an emergency I had to return to rny home country and the hotel kindly agreed to store my luggage and bicycle for 10 days and also arranged my bus tickets. Apart from the excellent staff, the breakfast was really good too and the rooms comfy and clean. Great value for money. FYI I seldom leave reviews but the staff went way beyond what was required.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Hué. The team is a real plus. They give you a very warm welcome, I was able to benefit from a shuttle service from the airport and got lots of tips for the city. They do everything to make your stay an excellent one. They organised a driver for me so that I could see sights that were not within walking distance. The hotel is located in the heart of Hué and at the same time in a small street, very quiet, so you could sleep very well. Great value for money, I would love to come back.

Location value for money, we booked a room with 1 double bed but given a room with 2 double beds the price was still the same. The staff named Loc was very cute and enthusiastic with hospitality. It was very convenient to have car rental and bus booking services for us to go to Hoi An at an affordable price.

This was a lovely homestay! The staff were so nice and helpful and they gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and see. The rooms are very new and clean and the beds are so comfortable. It’s in a good location near heaps of restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend!
