Dinosaurs at the check-in were really funny. Of course, if you need assistance, the human staff is always there. The room was a bit small but clean.

Location is excellent which is very close to main attractions by reasonable walking distance within 15-20mins.
The property is quite new and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room is quite big which suit for 3 persons. Beds are comfy and clean. Everything you need is offered. Wifi runs very well.
The onsen is ok but not big, but it is good they provide this facility.
There is a construction site just next to property. They stopped the work due to weekend? You might have to pay attention to this.

The hotel was in a great location, walking distance from all the main sights (or in the worst case, a short bus ride).
Though the room was a bit small it was very comfortable and we had room for both our suitcases.
The staff was super friendly and we were able to borrow umbrellas in rainy days. Very recommended for a stay in Kanazawa

The location was perfect for us - only a couple of minutes walking from the station which was perfect when dragging suitcases. Despite the closeness to the station, the hotel was quiet with only a little noise from outside making it to our room (not enough to disturb). Room had everything we needed - we didn't have any meals so cannot comment on these.
