We were pleasantly surprised! What an amazing staff - so friendly. The room was so clean. Actually, the entire place is very clean. The room had a refrigerator, but no coffee maker. They do offer coffee/tea/juices and complimentary breakfast starting at 6am. This hotel is about 1 mile from the villiage of Bar Harbor. You can walk into the villiage. The main entrance to Acadia National Park is also about a mile. They do have a POOL, which we did not get to enjoy because of the weather. This was a WIN for us!

Shawn the owner's reception upon our arrival warmed our hearts. At the end of our chat he gave us excellent recommendations for sightseeing in Acadia National Park and local dining. When we realized we could use a cot for my daughter, he provided us one with a nominal fee. His staff delivered ice to us when the ice machine was not yet on (we learned it was the first day of the hotel opening in the year). This was one of the best travel lodging experiences we have had thus far.

The view was spectacular! The room was large and spacious with a great kitchen area. Downstairs breakfast was hot and fresh each morning with lots of options to choose from. The room and hotel were very clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. The location to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor could not have been better. I would have loved to have been able to stay longer! I will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent location! Clean, quiet, comfy room. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to the main tourist strips of Bar Harbor(Main, Cottage, and West streets), grocery store. But also very easy to get to Acadia National Park without having to drive through traffic. This is a no-frills motel, so see the next section for a list of amenities this hotel does not have.

The room is super clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The bathroom was well stocked, and room service was provided everyday. The view of the Atlantic Ocean is beautiful, and the breakfast was up to expectations. The walls were thick I believe, and the hotel is 10 minutes away from Acadia National Park as well as downtown Bar Harbor (for food/cute stores).

The room was very clean and quiet. The pool was clean and well kept. The hotel was located just outside Acadia National Park and close to Bar Harbor.

Room was excellent, big and spotless with a veranda overlooking the sea. Food was also very good. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Nice location in downtown Bar Harbour (5min from Center). Very friendly staff. Large and clean rooms. You can book lots of activities and offers like Arcadia NP, Tours etc directly at the counter.

One of the best breakfast of my entire trip in Maine, the Inn was amazing, great comfort, great staff and perfect cleaning! I would love to return here.

Staff is friendly and really helpful. Rooms are tidy and spacious. Shower water is great.

We got stranded a 1/2 mile down the road because of a bad tire as we were traveling through. The tire wasn't available that day. The manager was very thoughtful and when our tire didn't come in until the next day @ 1:30 they didn't charge us for the extra hours past check out time. We REALLY appreciated that! And it was so nice to have a lovely front porch with rockers to relax, an accommodating dining area where we could get snacks, coffee and drinks. We met many guests who have been coming there for ten years or more and that tells you a lot! The staff is AMAZING! Helpful and clean the rooms excellent.

Absolutely beautiful Inn! Wonderful location, staff, and accommodations. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the beautiful furniture. We enjoyed sitting on the lawn by the fire pits and having a drink. We will definitely return!
