Very friendly, family run hotel, everything well thought out, interesting building in lively historic area and close to lakeside, downstairs bar with friendly locals, in between 2 good restaurants with many others near, delicious breakfast.

The location of the accommodation is central and closed to all attractions, the city, the castle and the lake. Free parking compound is located about 10-minute walk from the accommodation. The staff, Dafni, was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us a very warm welcome on our arrival, and helped us to carry all our luggage to our room. She also provided us with direction to the carpark as well as comprehensive information on attractions, good restaurants and cafes nearby. We booked a double room but were provided with an option to upgrade to a triple room which was of excellent size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lovely, including crepes, omelette and fried eggs, hams, cheese, sausages, cookies, cakes, bakery, juices etc. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Great apartment. Very luxury with a nice bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bedroom with a good comfy bed. Supermarkets are very close by, which is a big plus. The great bacony has a great view. 2 small things that could improve the excellent feeling, is a larger bar table (it is now to short to seat at, therefore not comfortable enough to eat your breakfast or dinner) and more comfortable chairs on the balcony. Overall it is big value for money! And the hospitality of the host is a big plus as well!

Great hotel in an amazing location, just inside the old city. The design is young and stylized, the rooms are new, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend.

this was truly one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in. it was clean, modern, just beautiful. The location was great right around the corner from the cafés restaurants and lake. The museums were around the corner too. Mrs. Giota was an amazing host. Very attentive. She even had a cleaning lady come in every day to make the beds and straighten up. plenty of linens and towels and pillows. The bathrooms were fully stocked as well. The kitchen too.

Fantastic location, clean and functional and we felt very accommodated and looked after by the host. We were a family of 3 adults and one 4 year old child, and the apartment was perfect for us.

The room was very clean. The facilities truly exceeded our expectations. Mrs Dimitri thank you for everything from our heart. We will definitely visit it again. The hotel is located next to the cave of Perama and 10 minutes far from the center of Ioannina city. Great choice for road trips in the wide region of Zagori and Tzoumerka.
