Built in the 19th-century, this luxurious 5-star hotel is nestled on a sub-tropical garden on a hilltop overlooking the Tagus River. It has an expansive spa and indoor and outdoor pools. The service, the food, the location, and the beautiful gardens were exceptional. The staff are very well trained in hospitality and provide excellent service. The architecture of the hotel is olde world charm. We had an excellent stay, and we will definitely return . Highly recommend this hotel

Housed in a converted Carmelite Convent, this hotel is located a 10-minute walk from Lisbon's city centre. It combines chic, contemporary furnishings with traditional, 17th-century architecture. Great hotel in a great location. Even had a bathtub with continuous hot water (rare in parts of Europe). Very friendly staff and the daily breakfast was delicious. Would absolutely stay again.
