The 5-star Altis Avenida Hotel offers luxury accommodation in the heart of Lisbon city. It is within a 5-minute walk from the shopping triangle, Rua Augusta Street, Chiado and Liberdade Avenue. I must say that this was one of the best stays I ever had. What really made the difference for me was the staff: From the kind, warm and gracious welcome given to us by Isabel who received us with an exquisite smile, to the helpful advice of Diana and Julia at the reception, always kind and ready to help, or other smiley faces at the entrance. It really made a difference to us as we are very sensitive to kindness and politeness. The room was wonderful too: spacious, designy, with housekeeping was very attentive to details. We also had a view of Lisboa so it was all the more unforgettable. We are planning to come back to Portugal often so we will surely be returning there!

Good variety for the buffet breakfast which was included in our stay.
