Located amongst the famous gardens of Monte, in the heart of this romantic and lush village in the hills above Funchal, OurMadeira - Babosas Village, gardénias and greenspaces features spacious... Location: the hotel is located high enough having a great view of the sea and the city from the rooms and the restaurant. A fairly quiet place in the mornings and evenings and at the same time a few steps from the cable car and Monte Palace park. Only 20 min from the airport by car and 10 min to Funchal city center. Room: I would rather call it a medium-sized (and very cozy) apartment than a room :). With a spacious living room and a very good kitchen. Everyday cleaning was very good as well. Food: we had breakfasts and dinners in the hotel. The food was very very tasty. And presentation was nice as well :) Service: it is just perfect. Upon check-in, we were treated to wine, escorted to the room and answered all our questions in detail. Another bottle of vine and some cookies were waiting for us in the room. All team members are always really friendly, eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. We felt like we were visiting some old friends. We will definitely try to book this hotel again when we come to Madeira next time.

Situated within the Monte district in Funchal, Babosas Charm has air conditioning, a terrace, and city views. Almost everything. Difficult to find fault.

Situated in Funchal and only 4.2 km from Marina do Funchal, Casa de Feria do Livramento features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. First of all José was an amazing person and really nice and friendly and My family and I were really really happy with the hospitality that they brought to us to stay on this beautiful island of Madeira we would definitely stay here again one day in the Future! We had the most wonderful stay at the Mountain Eco Shelter. The location is beautiful - the lodges are in a beautiful Ecological Park full of plants and flowers. You can do hikes directly from the lodges. The lodges themselves have everything you need - a great kitchen, a comfortable bed and a balcony with a stunning view. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. There’s even a snackbar down the road where you can grab dinner & drinks. We loved every minute of our stay here and we are already planning to come back again.

Offering free bikes and mountain view, Mountain Eco Shelter 4 is situated in Funchal, 14 km from Marina do Funchal and 25 km from Girao Cape. Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!
