Couldn’t fault the staff, they were amazing. The rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was delightful had afternoon tea and at night happy hour for one hour, had wine and beer to meet other people.The hotel is in a fantastic spot, step at the door and restaurants right on your doorstep. Would definitely come back if I go highly recommend .

This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral. The location is simply *perfect*! The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was more than I expected - I got a chance to stay in the new part of the hotel, where everything is very modern and lovely. 100% recommended, planning to go back soon! Bonus: their rooftop and breakfast room are not only beautiful, but filled with delicious foods and drinks.
