Hotel Villa Agape is near the Arcetri Observatory in Florence, and is surrounded by a 8-hectare park with olive and cypress trees. It was a portal to a new dimension. It was like we took two steps back from the heart of Florence and went into a dreamland.

Villa Cora is a 19th-century building surrounded by a park with outdoor swimming pool. Just 2 km from the centre of Florence and Santa Maria Novella Train Station, it offers free parking. A haven in a little away from busy central Florence. Historic building with well looked after beauty. Friendly staff with personalised service. There are free car parking and shuttle service to centre of Florence. We went there for lunch a few times previously and that made us wanting to stay here this year.

Offering free happy hour and rooms with free minibar, Hotel David is just a 5-minute bus ride from Florence’s historic centre. Parking and Wi-Fi access are free of charge. The breakfast was amazing! Nice selection and freshly made eggs! Happy hour was a huge bonus treat after a long day in the hot sun visiting museums and navigating the city. The staff were exceptional and were so very helpful and pleasant!

Surrounded by lush gardens and old trees, Classic Hotel is housed in a 19th-century villa near Porta Romana gate in Florence. I travelled with a friend and my dog and we came all the way from Spain by car. The lady at the reception who helped us with the check-in and recommendations was lovely as well the other person working at reception on the following day. We felt very welcomed even when travelling with our dog. The location was perfect, beautiful park nearby and close to the center of Firenze. Thank you! We will come back!

Villa Betania is a small, family-managed hotel set in a green park, only 20 minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge in Florence. The area has great bus links. First of all, forgive me for not remembering the gentleman who greeted us, (Sul….). He was wonderful! He greeted us with a welcoming smile, answered our questions, even providing us with a map and suggestions of things to do and see. Recommended places to eat and made reservations at a local place place for dinner on the night we arrived. He brought us drinks in the evening and was always there to meet us and ask us how are day was, we couldn’t have had a better experience! Breakfast was wonderful and coffee delish. Parking was on site, but you could walk or easily take the bus into Florence, which was a treat in itself. We went to the Market in Florence, which was amazing, but make sure you get there before 3:00, it shuts down promptly. The area is amazing with villas all along the walk into town. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Surrounded by the Tuscan hills, Park Palace is a historic Florentine villa offering a large furnished garden with pool. It is located a 5-minute bus ride from Florence’s centre. Magical atmosphere, and great location away from the city.

Housed in a historic building, Hotel Ferrucci offers free Wi-Fi in the entire property and elegantly decorated rooms. It features private parking and it is just 2 km from Piazza della Signoria square.... Excellent helpful front desk staff provided great tour and travel tips that really made for a great time in the region. Rooms were fully refreshed every day and comfortable.

Villa Carlotta is a 19th-century country manor surrounded by parks and gardens. It is near the panoramic terrace of Piazzale Michelangelo, and a 15-minute walk from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Beautiful old villa in a quiet area. The rooms are larger than expected. The pool is great and clean. It's not a crazy tourist hotel.

Set in Florence, 1.1 km from Piazzale Michelangelo and 1.9 km from Ponte Vecchio, Residenza San Niccolò provides accommodation with amenities such as free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Walter was the kindest host ever, always available and trying to make our stay more enjoyable. The apartment was gorgeous and clean, and not too far from the city center!
