Everything from a welcoming reception to our room itself was wonderful. This hotel is a brand new place perfectly situated and designed with so much taste and imagination. The reception is a mixture of a café (with a large choice of coffee and tea for every taste), your living room (but with most comfortable and beautifully thought and constructed furniture) and a gallery (there are some photographs, made by a Swiss artist, exposed). The room is gorgeous and spacious enough with some beautiful furniture and again a nice photograph exposed on the wall. The mattress and the linen are so comfortable, you’ll sleep as a well treated baby. There was also a nice touch of very deliciously smelled shower gels. We’re in love with Florence so we’ll be back there again and again and I think that for now this place will be our choice to stay at every trip.

Set at the heart of Florence in a 15th-century medieval building, Leone Blu boasts spacious, quiet and luxury suites with free WiFi. Ponte Vecchio is a 7-minute walk away. It felt both luxurious, and as though we were visiting the Contessa, as a family friend. The staff was fantastic; helpful on all topics. The breakfast plentiful, and the lattes is delicious. The beds were very comfortable!

Immaculate. The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the service and attention to detail in the hotel from all of the staff was excellent.
