Beautiful property and a very welcoming team. The property is truly unique and really beautifully converted. Each and every one of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very comfortable and incredibly clean. The property is outside of the hustle and bustle of the main city center which is a welcome break from the chaos but still just a 15-20 minute walk to all the sites. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel has loads of nice bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Florence.

This was one of the most satisfying stays I have ever booked! The place is beautiful, everything is well thought out, very conveniently located, offers safe parking which for us was a must, and every single person working there was so kind and helpful! Breakfast at a location nearby was a treat, too! Truly, great find!

Hotel Relais Il Cestello is located in Piazza del Cestello, next to the Cestello Church, and enjoys unforgettable views of River Arno. Rooms have wooden furniture and free Wi-Fi. Spacious room with good amenities. Hotel was close to everything.

The hotel is perfectly located in San Frediano surrounded by many places to dine and visit some galleries and arty places. The room was breath taking with high ceiling (well - a palace), spacious and with a great shower. Although visiting in December, the room temperature was really pleasant (great heating). There was no problem with the street noise. The staff is helpful with sharing their tips for dining and visiting places.

My family loved this stay. The communal area was great, we actually stayed in, cooked dinner and watched a movie a few of the nights we were there. The size of the apartment was great, the amenities were great, we were super happy.

Location was excellent, in a quieter location but still close to the main sites around town, great cafe around the corner for breakfast and plenty of bars and restaurants within 2 blocks for dinner.

Clean room in a great location, right beside the best gelato in the city. Wifi worked great and the hosts were incredible. They left us a booklet of many things to do in Florence as well as restaurants.
