The staff was very friendly and hospitable; probably the best I've seen around Birmingham thus far. The hotel itself is well-designed, and it's situated very close to the train station.

Fairytale 2 Bedroom Apartment City Centre Free Parking är idealiskt beläget i hjärtat av Birmingham och erbjuder utsikt över staden samt ett kasino. The location was in the city center. It is 4 minutes walk from New Street train station. The host is very cooperative and understanding. they can be connected by phone /Whatsapp at any time if needed. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable- ideal for a family of 4 (additional one person may be accommodated). Key collection was very easy from a nearby location (1 minute walk from the property) for which direction was clearly provided by the host. many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. I loved the property and will certainly stay there again if I visit Birmingham.
