Excellent selection re: tea/coffee making facility in the room. 7. Customer care shown by hotel manager. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits.

The property was clean, comfortable and secure. It's close to Birmingham New Street station and amenities. The host was very engaging.

The rooftop area was fantastic, the weather was so nice and we were able to sit there all evening on arrival and the next morning for breakfast. the location was great for grabbing a coffee, pastries, Starbucks and tesco right outside so very handy... location was great as we had booked the Ivy which was a 2 minute walk and also the train station was only 2 mins. Highly recommend and would go back.
