This is a fantastic place, especially if you have ever wanted to stay in a peaceful, beautiful Portuguese village. The owners have perfectly refurbished several old houses with modern conveniences for a very comfortable stay. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We would stay here again in a heart-beat.

Set in Vila Nova de Foz Coa, 17 km from Longroiva Hot Springs and 42 km from São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casas da Barca offers air conditioning. Everything we needed was there and everything was practical and functional. The layout of the apartment is very nice and we could not have asked for more. The location is excellent. We walked for dinner in the centre every night and it is just a short stroll away.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a pool with a view, lake view and a balcony, Casa Nunes is located in Pinhão. Everything was perfect. The location was great- near the station, quiet and with a phenomenal view from the garden. We were made very welcome by our host who had provided some food items and did our washing. She was very friendly and helpful. Being able to relax in the lovely garden and pool was very special. The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Located in Peso da Régua, 1.6 km from Douro Museum and 16 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary, Salgueiral Guest House Douro provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The host was welcoming, friendly, informative and very generous. The accommodation was large, well equipped and had many bonuses. The area was quiet and safe.

Set in Tourém, Norte Region region, Casinhas da Capela is situated 32 km from Fírvidas Waterfall. A beautiful old stone house, really comfortable and well equipped. Great place to stay at the end of our GR50 walk.

Very large accommodation with fully functioning kitchen. Plenty of living space to move around. Very nice owner who welcomed you with open arms.

Boasting pool views, Quinta OUTONO DOURADO offers accommodation with patio, around 20 km from Carvalhelhos Thermal Spa. With lake views, this accommodation provides a balcony and a swimming pool. The separation between the other two cabins on the quinta. The cabin was spacious and very clean. The bed was confortable. The pool and bbq area was nicely setup for entertaining. I appreciated the cooking utensils being readily available and the clean grill grate which had no rust. The fireplace was ready to go with firewood and had extra for the long nights. The 55" TV smart tv with was nice to have to watch music videos to help set the mood for the evening.

Situated 27 km from Douro Museum, 39 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary and 22 km from São João da Pesqueira Wine Museum, Casa Seixas Batista features accommodation located in Pinhão. Super clean with all you need to cook, they also left some goodies for us. Location is really central and there was heating.
