He also gave us a bottle of the wine they make there which was a great gesture. A nice dry sweet wine which we enjoyed with cheese crackers, very enjoyable!

During our stay, he brought us various gifts several times - melon, cake, homemade liqueur, etc. They changed our sheets and towels during our one-week stay. Washing maschine was available. The accomodation is 3 minutes from beach. We were satisfied with everything.

Outside we had a small terrace with sunbeds, BBQ so you can sit outside, relax and watch the stars at night if you want. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

I highly recommend Kappa Resort for a relaxing and elegant holiday.Value for money for sure.
