Good pubs nearby but also good equipment and storage in kitchen to make own meals (large fridge freezer, range cooker, good knives.)

The location was great because it is next to Grotton Hall and is located through some gates behind a wall, away from the main road. It's also close to most amenities in Lydgate and everything such as pubs and supermarkets are easy to get to. Great for a hiking weekend too as the North Peak District isn't far away.
