Good property for staying, new, clean abd quiet. 3 fully bed room and 3 bath room. Big hall with kitchen in the 1 floor. 15 minutes from Ponta Delgada and airport by car 10 minutes from big supermarket.

It was spacious. Instructions for appliances were handy. It was very clean. It was a close walk to view the ocean. There was a good bakery across the street.

Ideal place for family as a base to discover whole island if you have car. There are several rooms upstairs for sleeping and livingroom with kitchen at lower floor. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. They will suggest good places and times to go and in the accomodation they have file with interesting places to see and do - its quite extensive and they have it in English, Portugues and French. They have two dogs and ferret, however, if you stay at your part of house you do not meet them. There is a nice swimming pool available. If you like nature, you are surrounded by it. If you are more city person, in the morning you will be awakened by roosters calling their flocks and if weather is windy, during night you will feel like on a you will feel like you are on a three-mast on a stormy sea, yet it is lovely and natural noice.

Peaceful location. Lots of space rain or shine. Very well equipped with everything needed for a large family and entertaining friends. Amazing pool and lovely hosts! Fresh vegetables and eggs from the garden plot were great too.

The house is very spacious with comfy beds. The shower is really nice, good pressure and the living room area feels nice to be there and enjoying some time with friends. You have an outside area with a garden that you can enjoy when the sun is shining and also a rooftop. It's a nice and quiet area.

the house was very well put together, the swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic and very clean. There were loungers around the pool and plenty of outside seating. there was a welcome basket of local foods on arrival which was appreciated. The BBQ area and outside gazebo were great. The rooms were very clean and we really appreciated the towels provided for the swimming pool. the washing machine was handy and was put to use. Overall a brilliant house to rent for a large group of friends and I would definitely consider going back.

This charming house has been absolutely fantastic place to stay while on Sao Miguel. I don’t even know where to start - the location is almost in the middle of the island, so you can reach all the attractions quickly. We felt like at home, the garden is beautifully maintained and the hosts even let us pick lemons from their orchard. The house was clean, with big living room and a fireplace that made our evenings relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies(even our baby). The hosts were helpful, gave us recommendations what to see and where to go and left us a basket of local goods. I would totally recommend this house as ot is an absolute gem.

A lovely house in a beautiful setting! If anything the photos undersell it. The outside area by the pool is especially nice. Location wise the house is central to the island and easily accessible for lots of sights. The host was fantastic, very accommodating in helping us arrange activities and providing restaurant recommendations.
